Took my money without delivering.

They took my money without delivering. Recently, I started enjoying baths (usually, I'm a shower person) and decided to treat myself to some bath bombs. Unfortunately, during my first order, I got scammed. After a week without a dispatch email, I checked my account for delivery status, only to find my order missing and the website resembling a template with no products or branding. It seems they may have encountered issues and closed operations while still accepting orders. I attempted to reach out to the support team, but, unsurprisingly, I received no response. I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank and reporting this to the appropriate authorities. I understand small businesses can face challenges, but clear communication could have made a difference.

What a disaster!

I placed my order in October to ensure I had them for Christmas. I handpicked each bath bomb to give as table gifts. They arrived just before Christmas, but the order was incorrect. I emailed them right away and was told they couldn’t assist until the Monday before Christmas, and they definitely wouldn’t arrive in time. There was no apology offered, and no effort was made to remedy the situation. Their responses were rude and unhelpful. Now it’s January 7th, and I still haven’t received what I paid for! I’m extremely disappointed that I couldn’t give these as gifts and very unhappy that I paid for products I haven’t received. I won’t recommend or use this company again, which is unfortunate since I’ve previously been very satisfied with their products.

Took my money and then vanished!

I placed an order on the 2nd of January on the website. I used to order regularly when they were on a different platform, but I was disappointed when that shop disappeared and started ordering from elsewhere. I realized the company was still operating with its own site, so I placed an order that promised 48-hour tracked shipping from January, but a week later, my order still hadn’t been dispatched. When I logged into the site, it just showed a generic template, and I couldn’t view any products. I can still sign in from my previous order, but other links just say server not found. No one answers the contact number or emails, so they have taken my money and disappeared! I will be seeking a chargeback from my bank, but it’s frustrating that a company can do this to so many people. I recommended them when they were a small business, and now they don’t even have the courtesy to refund my order if they can’t fulfill it.

STEER CLEAR

*EDIT* - A refund was in process, but the notification stated it was rejected - I have no idea why. They are not responding to emails or messages. I loved this company in the past, but something has clearly gone wrong as their service has significantly declined. I ordered on December 5th and was told to expect a dispatch within 7 working days, but by the 15th, I still hadn’t received a dispatch email or code. These were Christmas gifts for my family. I’ve tried emailing with no response, and after messaging, I got a reply saying they would look into it but then heard nothing. The replies to reviews online are also quite unprofessional, which is not what I expected from them.

Shocking experience.

Shocking. Something must have occurred with this company. I’ve used them numerous times before. I placed an order on December 2nd, which hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve contacted them twice and have been ignored. I have now reported this to the relevant authorities. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE!

Please avoid this company. I never received my bath bombs, and they didn’t refund my money. I tried disputing the charge with my bank, which they have now challenged! Don’t waste your time and money; I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service.

Avoid for now

Avoid this company for now; something has clearly happened, and they aren't fulfilling orders. I’ve purchased from them multiple times over the years without issues. Customer support has been great in the past. I received a reply only after mentioning a chargeback, which was suspicious.

Received wrong items and no help.

Received two incorrect items and can’t get help until I return them, but I won’t be back until January 5th. They didn’t reply to my email, the phone number is inactive, and I regret not ordering from a more reliable company! Avoid at all costs.

Slow and poor customer service.

I ordered and paid on November 27th, and I still haven’t received my item. They’ve ignored all my emails and attempts to contact them, and the phone number is out of service. Even the chat feature on the website is ignored. This is disappointing. I’ve ordered from them before and found their products good, but their customer service is terrible. I've instructed my bank to pursue a refund as I still haven’t received what I paid for.
