I placed my order in October to ensure I had them for Christmas. I handpicked each bath bomb to give as table gifts. They arrived just before Christmas, but the order was incorrect. I emailed them right away and was told they couldn’t assist until the Monday before Christmas, and they definitely wouldn’t arrive in time. There was no apology offered, and no effort was made to remedy the situation. Their responses were rude and unhelpful. Now it’s January 7th, and I still haven’t received what I paid for! I’m extremely disappointed that I couldn’t give these as gifts and very unhappy that I paid for products I haven’t received. I won’t recommend or use this company again, which is unfortunate since I’ve previously been very satisfied with their products.
