I just discovered my card that was paid off and in credit and hasn't been used in a long time has been charged monthly account fees. The card is now in debit due to these fees. I have lodged a complaint and received this response.Thank you for taking the time to complete your Complaint Form request.Your Request.... We expect to be with you in 30 business days.What? So they will continue to debit my account for another 30 days. Crooks!
