The internal transfer from Wallet to Spot is marked as Completed. The transfer has its own ID number.Unfortunately, the funds never arrived at Spot. As a result, the Wallet and Spot balances are empty, and the coins are missing.All this happened inside my Latoken account, inside the Latoken exchange itself.I've been trying to contact support for three days, but unfortunately, no one except AI has responded. AI sees a synchronization error between Wallet and Spot, which is the exchange's responsibility. The worst part was that there was no quick response from human support. But... all's well that ends well, great ;))
