Unfortunately, the funds never arrived at Spot. As a result, the Wallet and Spot balances are empty, and the coins are missing.
All this happened inside my Latoken account, inside the Latoken exchange itself.
I've been trying to contact support for three days, but unfortunately, no one except AI has responded. AI sees a synchronization error between Wallet and Spot, which is the exchange's responsibility. However, no human support person has responded.
I hope the issue is resolved quickly; it's very frustrating.

I have to change my recent negative review of Latoken to a positive one.
The human support person (not AI as before) contacted me on day 4 and resolved the technical issue with the internal transfer Wallet-Spot.
The funds were deposited into Spot, trading was possible, the return transfer from Spot to Wallet also worked, and then the payout to the external address went out immediately.
Well, technical errors happen everywhere. The worst part was that there was no quick response from human support.
But... all's well that ends well, great ;))

I am facing serious issues regarding my LUFFY and HODL tokens after they were delisted from the platform.* My LUFFY withdrawal was accepted and then placed in HOLD status for several days, with no TXID and no blockchain execution. * After multiple follow-ups, the platform now claims that withdrawals are “disabled,” even though my request had already been accepted. * For HODL, withdrawal fees were increased after the delisting, making it practically impossible to recover my tokens. * Multiple support tickets have been created without any concrete resolution, leaving me going in circles.My KYC is fully verified. There is no legal freeze and no restriction on my account.Delisting a token should never prevent users from recovering their assets. Blocking withdrawals after accepting them, and then redirecting users to contact the project team while the tokens are held on the exchange, is extremely concerning.At this stage, I strongly discourage users from depositing funds on LATOKEN until this matter is properly resolved.I have full documentation and screenshots of all communications.I expect an immediate resolution.
I wrote I like the platform and all the pairings but also I had a problem and there was no communication anymore.After my review LaToken asked me for my name and some data.Then I've got a mail very fast, they say they were proceeding to solve the problem.Now just a few days later I got a mail it's solved with specification included.The communication was not good like I said but they did what they said so my review is positive.

My fully verified account has been frozen since early November 2025 without any explanation.Despite numerous attempts to resolve this via email and X (Twitter), I have experienced a complete lack of professional support. On December 16, 2025, I was officially promised a "detailed action plan" within 24 hours by a Senior Compliance Agent (Ticket №375006). It is now January 14, 2026, and I have still not received any response or resolution.This is an unacceptable way to handle customer assets. I have followed all KYC/verification procedures, yet my funds are being withheld without any communication. I demand an immediate review of Ticket №375006 and the restoration of my account access.Potential users should be aware that support may go silent for months if your funds are frozen.
I have seen many bad reviews about this platform and it is very bad that the law enforcement agencies don't do anything to stop them. I'm just happy I recover my investment of $23,450 filed a complaint. Don't fall victim. I would suggest you take your money somewhere else. Seek help if you can.
Unfortunately, it now appears to be nothing more than a scam. I advise avoiding this platform. This is the second time I have been prevented from withdrawing my coins from the platform. Support consists only of incompetent AI agents who do not resolve issues.The whole thing seems almost systematic...I would not deposit money on this platform; look for something else, there are plenty of good options available.
