As a first-time publisher, I can confidently say our Kickstarter campaign for Whisker Wars wouldn’t have reached the same level of success without LaunchBoom’s help.From day one, their prelaunch checklist and video course gave us a clear roadmap. Every step was explained with care, helping us build real momentum before we even launched. As first time creators, this was essential for us to learn the ropes at a pace we were comfortable with.Equally valuable was the community they’ve curated. Fellow creators, expert speakers, and an incredibly supportive Games team that made us feel like we weren’t doing this alone. Anytime I had a question about our process, I would first post within their forum and get insight from those who have done it before.Where I think LaunchBoom really delivered though was in the creation of our prelaunch landing page and ad campaigns. Their team helped us craft Meta ad campaigns that not only converted, but scaled well on a limited budget. Their detailed feedback, strategic guidance, and hands-on support gave us the confidence (and data!) to spend smartly and see results.I see other reviews that claim LaunchBoom is not as supportive as they claim but we personally found this to be a falsehood. While we did not get "live support" with our package, it may as well have been with how prompt the team is with responding. That said, you MUST ask questions to get the support you need, and have to be open to the feedback they provide.
