As others have said - if I could rate this a zero then I would. Absolutely shocking. Tried to purchase Airbnb voucher on Airbnb app and the order kept declining despite using SEVEN different cards, both business and personal. No explanation provided. The order then randomly went through after trying on mobile instead of laptop. Then realised that there was a typo in the email address so it did not reach the recipient. As it cost £250, I was understandably keen to resolve asap. No reply to an email after 2 weeks. Airbnb cant help, just direct you towards this completely useless company.
