Failed attempts to buy a gift card

Two attempts to buy gift cards were declined. I used a different card each time. I responded to the decline as instructed and received an automated reply simply stating that the payment processor declined the charge. Not helpful at all. I noticed many others faced the same issue. I’ll look for another gift. The company just lost some business because of this.
