This customer service experience might have been the best I've ever had.
I purchased a Windows 11 Pro product license, but upon installation Windows identified it as a key which had already been activated.
Previous customer service experiences almost convinced me to eat the cost of the failure, but I figured sending an e-mail, even if it resulted in a denial of my problem after 3 weeks of waiting, was still worth a couple minutes. Within 30 minutes of sending my e-mail to LaunchingDeals (on a Saturday), I had received a response asking for more details. Two days later (Sunday in the middle), I received another response telling me that my issue had been escalated. And then on Wednesday, I received a new Windows product key which worked!
Even typing it now, I can't believe how smoothly this process went.
I'll be honest, being a little bit of a skeptic, I saw my product key redemption code come from a company called LaunchingDeal and I ALREADY felt I'd been had. But now, I'm gonna be looking for that logo everywhere! This was best-in-class handling of my problem.
