This customer service experience might have been the best I've ever had.

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro product license, but upon installation Windows identified it as a key which had already been activated.

Previous customer service experiences almost convinced me to eat the cost of the failure, but I figured sending an e-mail, even if it resulted in a denial of my problem after 3 weeks of waiting, was still worth a couple minutes. Within 30 minutes of sending my e-mail to LaunchingDeals (on a Saturday), I had received a response asking for more details. Two days later (Sunday in the middle), I received another response telling me that my issue had been escalated. And then on Wednesday, I received a new Windows product key which worked!

Even typing it now, I can't believe how smoothly this process went.

I'll be honest, being a little bit of a skeptic, I saw my product key redemption code come from a company called LaunchingDeal and I ALREADY felt I'd been had. But now, I'm gonna be looking for that logo everywhere! This was best-in-class handling of my problem.

The purchase was easy but a slight wait to complete the process. That was overshadowed by their customer service. I had an issue with completing my purchase, so I emailed them. In a few days, they acknowledged my concern, issue and rectified the issue in moments. They have been responsive to every email, and I recommended their site / service to my neighbors. Nothing in life is perfect, but they did everything they could to come as close. 10/10 would recommend.

I have nothing but great news about this company . I had an issue with my Office 2021 key and i email support that same evening @ 11 pm . Little did i know that @ 3am i had received a reply with my solution. WOW that was amazing . SO in 2025 i had purchased 2 Keys for Office 2021 for Mac, We used one but the other one was still unused. Just so happened i misplaced or delete my redemption email. I reached out to support again and sure enough they went up to bat again. I was sent resent my redemption email.
I great company purchase what you need you will not regret it. Thanks Launchdeals

Incredible support and service! I was worried I had lost $200 and would have to let my family down after promising them a holiday breakfast, but to my relief, a representative assisted me promptly. Ever have those days where your phone doesn’t work as fast as your fingers do and you somehow click something you shouldn’t? Well that happened and my order was placed to the wrong location. SHOOT! Emailed customer service and they took care of it immediately. “Not to worry we’ve canceled and refunded your card”. No questions, no begging from me - just “absolutely”. And FAST!
