I am truly disappointed with my experience. The team knows how to present themselves well, but the market execution yielded no results. I invested over $50k, including ad spend and automation, with no measurable outcome. I joined last year with high hopes, being promised that I would be on track for $100k/year within three months, but that never happened. I was also assured $1,000 in ad spend as part of the agreement, but I had to follow up multiple times and ultimately received nothing. Instead, I was pushed into a different arrangement that was not part of the initial agreement. We were told there would be in-house closers, but instead, we were directed to an outsourced agency that charged $250/month and later scammed us. The agency sent emails claiming to have proof and tried to calm the situation, but no reimbursements were made, leaving many agency owners to absorb the losses. Leadership often flaunts their success while many agency owners are struggling, which is frustrating. To be fair, my initial support manager was excellent, and my current one seems competent too. However, given the constant pressure, it's hard to see how success managers can last in such an environment. I was also removed from communication channels without explanation, which felt unprofessional. This agency is well-funded and ready to defend itself, so potential clients should be cautious about negative reviews. Overall, this has been a costly lesson, and I urge others to be careful with agencies that make grand promises. Better opportunities exist.
