Would give negative stars if I could.
They tried to take down my post a long time and and finally got my post taken down. Trust mw the have a lot more 0 star reviews than you see here. I’m pretty confident all the good reviews are either fake, or because they ask you to review them 1 week into the program, and that those customers are in for a rude awakening when they have 0 success in a few months.
They are a scam and so not help at all. Learn from my very expensive mistake ($20,000) and avoid them at all cost. They don’t really do anything, and just provide you with a course that is zero help and very basic information. They then bully you and blame you for their lack of skills and knowledge.
I repeat DO NOT give them a single cent or second of your time.
My experience with the service has been outstanding. They have an excellent system in place that is highly scalable, their support is exceptional, and I am very pleased with my investment. I've encountered many agencies that make grand promises but often fall short, so I approach new ventures with a healthy dose of skepticism. However, I’m glad to report that the service has truly met the standards of credibility, trust, professionalism, and execution. I’m truly let down by my experience. The team certainly knows how to present themselves, but ultimately, the market execution yielded no results. I invested over $50k along with ad spend and automation, yet there was no tangible outcome. I joined last year with high hopes and was assured that within three months I’d be on track for $100k/year, but that never happened. I was also promised $1,000 in ad spend as part of the agreement. However, I had to constantly follow up, essentially begging for it. In the end, the ad spend was never delivered, and I was redirected to a different arrangement with a representative, which was not what we initially agreed upon. We were informed there would be in-house closers, but instead, agency owners were directed to use an outsourced closer agency charging $250/month. That agency later scammed us, had conflicts with the service, and multiple agency owners suffered financial losses. While the service sent emails with “proofs” to reassure us, no reimbursements were made, leaving agency owners to bear the losses. Leadership often highlights their success and lifestyle, while many agency owners faced financial struggles. This disparity was frustrating and tone-deaf. To be fair, my initial Customer Success Manager was genuinely excellent—motivated, supportive, and professional. My current Success Manager also appears capable and supportive. However, given the constant pressure and need for damage control, it’s hard to see how any success manager could thrive long-term in this setting. Additionally, I was removed from communication channels without explanation, which was disappointing and unprofessional. One last point: this agency is well-funded and prepared to defend itself, so potential clients should be aware that negative feedback will likely receive carefully crafted responses. In summary, this was a costly lesson. I view it as a learning experience and hope to recover, but I strongly advise others to exercise caution with agencies that make grand promises. There are better opportunities available.
