I subscribed through this platform and canceled it a week later, receiving confirmation. Yet, I was charged for an additional week shortly after. The group owner stated that the platform should handle the refund, but the platform claimed the owner was responsible. Furthermore, a customer support representative shared our private correspondence with the group owner and then stopped responding. Another consultant also failed to provide any assistance. This has been the worst customer service I have experienced. I lost money, and my privacy was compromised when our communication was disclosed. I will not let this go unaddressed.
