I purchased a subscription through this platform and canceled it a week later, receiving a cancellation confirmation. However, I was charged again shortly after. The group owner indicated that the platform should manage the refund, but they insisted the owner was responsible. Additionally, our private messages were shared with the group owner by a support representative, who then ignored my follow-ups. Another consultant could not assist me either. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had. I've lost money, and my privacy was violated. I will pursue resolution.

I faced similar issues a year ago, and they claimed to cancel my subscriptions, which I was unaware of. Now, they have started charging me again, but at a higher rate. They process charges under a misleading name that pretends to be an educational institution, but it seems to be a method for server holders to charge for questionable services. It’s clearly a scam; cancel your credit card immediately to avoid further complications.
I inadvertently joined a mentorship led by a scammer. I was charged without my consent, and despite requesting a refund after the mentorship ended, the platform stated they couldn't assist. This type of behavior should not be tolerated, and while I don't believe the platform intends to deceive, the way it operates can enable such scams. Caution is advised.
