Good quality product. Ordering was simple. Had a few hiccups with delivery such as it being out for tracking then the courier showing up with nothing. Spoke to Laura James and they linked with courier to rectify problem. Unfortunately a new delivery date wasn't fed back to us as such date was initially after ordering hence we were away at the time. Luckily had someone to move the parcel for us. Apart from the hiccup, like I said, product is great quality and the issue was rectified - would have just liked a bit more feedback on a new delivery date!
