I ordered a unit from Laura James and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing problem with one of the pieces. I contacted them and Shafika could not have been more helpful. She arranged a complete replacement which arrived within the week and the original order was collected a few days later. I was kept up to date with each step and contacted afterwards to ensure I was happy with the replacement. Shame there was a problem but it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The unit btw is lovely.
Laura James was very helpful and actively tried to find a solution to my problem. And the solution, was very generous. However, it did take about month of communication to finally come to a conclusion. Overall though, I’m very pleased with the service. Thank you.
I had a broken mirror delivered by Evri, however the customer service was able to resolve my issues without any problems so I can’t blame Laura James for this experience only the delivery service.
Really great experience with their customer service team. After my usual unreliable experience I had with DHL in delivering my parcel, the customer service team really went out there way in ensuring my parcel arrived to me as soon as possible. They were fast in responding to my emails and put any doubts I had at ease.
I have replied to Laura James request 2 days ago asking for more information. Still not heard anything back.
Please avoid this company at all costs you will receive sub standard goods that are actually dangerous. Chairs that break whilst people sit on them is totally unaceptable.
Customer Service is a token response that everyone gets. To think someone in their firm gets paid to just copy and paste the same response.
Maybe that money would be better spent on quality control and ensuring their products were of a better standard and less dangerous.

Still waiting for a delivery, expected on Tuesday but now Saturday. Following 3 unanswered emails, I phoned customer services (11 minutes on hold whilst they check with courier DHL) was promised a call back as they search warehouse. Didn’t receive a call back. SHOP App says ‘Awaiting Details’, aren’t we all. Any ideas how I can get this resolved would be much appreciated
We had a difficult experience from the outset with our purchase, faulty and damaged items, difficulties reporting it. Non return of calls throughout until Bernice H picked up the issue. We were satisfied and happy with her responses, manner and processing of the issues. She saved the day!! Thank you.
Excellent garden furniture that arrived in good condition. When needed to have a discussion with customer services they were very helpful and accommodating.
