I purchased the Shiro 6-seater round garden dining table, and unfortunately there’s a major design flaw. The table’s three legs extend outward in a way that prevents the chairs from being pushed underneath, leaving the whole set looking untidy.
We spent a lot of time researching on the site and products and saw multiple ads, yet this issue was never mentioned anywhere. To make matters worse, the returns policy is so tight that it effectively prevents you from returning the item especially since you wouldn’t notice this problem until the table is fully assembled.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this company or their products.
