I am sorry that you guys have had bad experiences with Laura Ashley during this C-19 world. I must say, I have loved every single product that I have purchased from Laura Ashley over the years and never had a complaint. I just the the other day made up one of beds with linen I purchased in the sale and a usual it is beautiful and I actually commented to my husband that I wished I had bought more bed sets, as it was certainly worth the money. I am a person who always buys quality bed linen, generally high thread count, from high end companies so feel that I am fully equipped to give comment on quality. The reason on commenting, is that during the C-19 challenges we have been renovating the house (since January!!) therefore have had to purchase many goods on line, this includes large items of furniture, which in normal circumstances we would have purchased from stores. My husband and I have experienced long, and I mean long waiting times, no communication; a sofa bed (English company held in high esteem, made to our requirements and style), which when eventually it was delivered on the 17th August it was damaged and we have had no end of problems with this company and still do not know when the "repaired" sofa bed will be delivered. We also had two other experiences with broken or poor quality items which we are still waiting for replacements. These companies had had full payment (internet) since end of March/April.... So, I say, good luck Laura Ashley, I will still be a good customer when you eventually get back on your feet, just try and keep me away. Denise Gamblin, Leeds.
