Disappointed with Recent Purchase

I have been purchasing bedding from a well-known brand for 40 years, and my last set lasted 14 years beautifully. However, the two comforter sets I recently bought are terrible. The stuffing is so misshapen that I can't even fold them properly. The quality is very poor and not worth the price!

Disappointing bedding experience

I've been purchasing my bedding from a well-known brand for 40 years. My last set lasted 14 years beautifully. However, the two recent comforter sets I bought are terrible. The stuffing is so poorly shaped that I can't fold them properly. The quality is unacceptable and definitely not worth the price!

Extremely poor quality and service

I ordered two bedside tables from a retailer on December 28, 2024, but they weren't delivered until May 1, 2025! After just a couple of months, one drawer collapsed, and the surface on both tables is deteriorating. When I raised my concerns, I was informed that while they could check the faulty drawer, nothing could be done about the surface wear. We've only lightly dusted them without using any harmful cleaning products. A repair technician condemned the drawer and noted that the surface finish wasn't sealed correctly. I spent a significant amount on these tables, expecting quality, and I am appalled. I'm still waiting for the retailer to address this issue as of October 28, 2025.

Disheartening experience after many years

I've shopped with a popular brand for over 30 years and was disappointed to see it close in 2020. Although the quality declined with new ownership, the unique style remained. I recently visited their new flagship store and was disheartened; it resembled a discount furniture shop with cheap, thin furniture. The new collections are unattractive and low-quality, with garish colors and flimsy fabrics. The distinctive accessories that once made the room sets beautiful are nearly absent. This store does not represent the brand I loved, and I won't be returning or recommending it. Truly disappointing.

Disappointing kettle purchase

I spent £90 on a kettle that broke after just two years. When I reached out for assistance, I was told they wouldn't help. It's no better than any cheap kettle, and the customer service was awful. I will avoid this company in the future due to their lack of care for customers.

Unsatisfactory paint quality

I painted my hall and stairwell with a well-known brand's paint years ago, and it was great. I recently bought a different shade for a refresh before selling my house, tested it, and it seemed fine. However, the full tin provided terrible coverage, with patchy areas and visible brushstrokes. I'm currently on my third coat, hoping for better results, but it's not what I expected. I learned they've switched manufacturers, and I've seen many negative reviews. I've painted countless walls and have never experienced such a poor finish. Never again!

They were quick to take my money, but it took eight days to respond to my request for an address change, which I submitted just five minutes after placing my order.

Refusal to honor refund rights

I purchased a radiator cover and discovered a manufacturing defect during assembly. I requested a refund, but the company refused, citing their terms regarding assembled items. I asked for a full replacement, but they only offered a replacement part, which requires disassembly and reassembly for just one piece. This is a violation of my statutory rights.

Disappointing wallpaper quality

The patterned wallpaper I bought is beautiful, but the quality is terrible. It rips and tears easily. For the price, I expected it to look fantastic once applied, but it hasn't turned out that way. Now I have to find a way to repair the damage that ruins the overall look. I'm extremely disappointed and would never buy this product again.

Time-consuming experience

I ordered an ivory shoe cabinet online, paying several hundred pounds on December 27, 2024, through a retailer. After following up for updates on delivery, I was informed on April 16 that the company couldn't manufacture the product. Meanwhile, I noticed the same item listed for a higher price elsewhere. Although I received a full refund, my experience with this brand has been nothing but a waste of time.
