I love the quality of Laura Geller cosmetics. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. According to the criteria on their website, I should have received Gold Status do the the amount of orders I placed on their website and also the dollar amount spent. Yet, on my account my status is still Silver. I have several hours with customer service regarding this issue. They said it was a computer glitch and even though it says I'm Silver, I'm Gold. I went to make a purchase today and was going to be charged shipping. I'm done. Buyer Beware!
I've been through so many products. Hundreds of dollars out the window just to look cakey like a corpse, but not with this product. Who new all powder would be the trick to have smooth, even toned, beautiful skin. Easy to apply, quick too. So long as they make it, I am buying it.
I absolutely love my Laura Geller make-up. It glides on so smoothly and feels effortless to wear. I really like how versatile it is too — I can keep things soft and natural one day, then build it up for a more polished look the next. I’ve had so much fun experimenting with different ways to apply it, and it always looks fresh and seamless. Definitely a favourite in my make-up bag.
I would give Laura Gellar Beauty ZERO stars if possible.
I have been trying for over 3 months to cancel my subscription for a multitude of reasons.
You can not call and talk to an actual person. I needed to change my mailing address as well as my email address and neither has happened BUT I am getting charged every other month for makeup I don’t get.
Their customer service is impossible to get any results/response from.
I had a great experience with this makeup purchase from start to finish. Ordering was quick and easy, and delivery was smooth and right on time.
The makeup itself feels incredibly light on my skin while still looking polished and high quality. It blends beautifully and doesn’t feel heavy at all. I also really appreciated the tutorial included with the kit — it made application simple and helped me get the most out of the products.

I will say that 2 weeks ago believing it was Laura Geller I bought a starter kit . Well they took money from my PayPal. I never approved it and not even sure how they got my updated bank information . I have put a complaint to PayPal that was useless. I put a refund request into some Servita company who tells me to wait a little longer. Laura should look at these fake advertisements that people are getting screwed on.
The special That Laura Geller ran on her baked makeup starter kit made it affordable for someone on a tight budget. I have never been one to spend money on myself and definitely have never been one to spend $$ on higher quality makeup. Now in my 60's I have had trouble with how makeup feels, sits and blends on my face. I have some learning to do to get more adept at the blending ,however I LOVE the Quality and that it does not feel like I am wearing any makeup at all.
I really liked that everything was in dry form — it’s perfect for traveling. It was also convenient having most of the products (blush, highlighter, bronzer, eyeshadows) all in one box. I may have chosen a shade that was a little too light for my skin tone, as some redness still showed through, especially on my cruise. A friend who tried it as well felt the coverage wasn’t quite enough for her either. Overall, I love the travel-friendly concept, but I’d likely try a different shade next time.
