I love the quality of Laura Geller cosmetics. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. According to the criteria on their website, I should have received Gold Status do the the amount of orders I placed on their website and also the dollar amount spent. Yet, on my account my status is still Silver. I have several hours with customer service regarding this issue. They said it was a computer glitch and even though it says I'm Silver, I'm Gold. I went to make a purchase today and was going to be charged shipping. I'm done. Buyer Beware!
