I ordered two eyeshadow pallets. These were not the regular pallet but a sale and promotion at the holidays. My matte eyeshadow arrived all damaged w all the color being cracked, broken off, and I had to trash it as it was making a huge mess. I let them know this and got a simple sorry w no solution at all. I gave 2 because what I am able to use out of it , it glides on mature eyes very well. It’s unfortunate but zi will not order their products again. I ordered 2 baked products too and nothing comes off to the brush. This is a very common complaint. I did everything they told me too. Doesn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend
