Since LM reformulated the Tinyed Foundation Skin Foundation, which has been my go to forever and available at Sephora, I discovered that their Skin Tint Natural Dewy Tinted Moisturizer is similar but after talking to the LM advisor online, my shade is no longer Vanilla (1N2) but now called Oak (2C). I went online and struggled with their website because everytime I added the oak, it would add the shade silk, and even after deleting it, it would return. When I finally thought my shopping cart had only the shade I needed, I paid for my order. When I got my confirmation, it was in fact, Silk (0N), not Oak (2C). I called and after not being able to hear the first rep through her awful microphone, I got a rep that was immediately unkind and said there was nothing they could do but that I could wait until it arrives and then send it back and then get it exchanged. I know for a fact it has not shipped yet. The order was only just placed within a couple of hours and I didn’t ask for expedited shipping. I wasn’t asking to cancel the order. She didn’t offer any other solutions. After so many years of love for LM products, it ends with a snarky phone call. I’m sure Sephora will find me another product to use. Very disappointed.
