I ordered 4 days ago via LM website and emailed 2 days after to follow up on the status. I was told processing on ALL orders is 24-48 hours. Despite it being over 48 hours, I didn't say anything assuming it had to ship the next day. Another 2 days go by and still no shipping notification. So after waiting 4 days for my order to ship, I try to cancel my order but I'm told it's already processing and can't be canceled. It hasn't shipped and didn't process within their own timeframe so why can't I cancel? Was also told I can return it when it arrives if I don't want it but i would not be refunded the shipping cost.
