As a new customer to the brand, i went to Laura Mercier to get some foundation. Really nice lady put some on face and was happy. Went to use the foundation for the first time at home and when i put it on my face realised that she must have given me the wrong colour as it was way too light and i looked light a ghost. Returned and explained the situation and the lady at the counter agreed that the colour that i was given was far too light for my skin tone but would not exchange for the correct colour as i had used it!!!!! I cannot use this foundation and it cost £35. This was my first experience of Laura Mercier and i will not be using this brand again. Terrible customer service for what is supposedly a quality brand.
