The customer service is far below average, and the specialists that reply to your inquiries don't have their facts straight. Recently, I've asked why my packaging (bought in Asia) looked different from one that was purchased in the U.S., and the answer I received was not true. The specialist's response was not well crafted, and she made claims that was clearly false! She later went back on her word and gave me a better explanation after speaking to the correct department. But when I had a follow-up question, I got no answer. Packaging has discrepancy and the customer service is not what you expect from an international makeup brand. I'm gravely disappointed!
