This company is truly deceptive. We were aware that delivery could take time per their shipping policy, which stated 12-20 days. We placed our order on October 7, expecting delivery by October 27. We emailed but got no reply, and calls were cut off or unanswered. Their WhatsApp contact is also unresponsive. No tracking ID was provided, and after multiple emails, we received a generic reply 17 days later stating the same delivery timeframe. They have now shamelessly extended their shipping policy from 12-20 days to 12-30 days, leaving us with no recourse within the original timeline. Today marks the 28th day, and we still have no genuine response or tracking details. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with any brand.
