I wish to not give even 1 star. I ordered from Lavnya the label. They created wrong invoice and the courier asked for INR 6000 instead of INR 298. I raised the issue with Lavnya. They kept saying that we are resolving the issue but took no action. After several followups and emails I asked them to refund my money. They said our policy is only to give store credit. So basically once they got your money its stuck. They can do an invoice error as exeption but cannot do execption to do refund. Their customer service is extremely poor. They will make you suffer. Please refrain from buying from Lavnya.
My experience with the company has been fantastic. The designs are beautiful, and the outfits look exactly as shown. The support team is helpful and makes a genuine effort to assist with any questions. Overall, a great choice for ethnic wear.
This is one of the worst brands I’ve encountered. Avoid shopping here. They denied my exchange request, claiming it didn't meet quality standards, although I returned the dress in perfect condition. There was a stain upon arrival. The return window is only two days, and I initiated my request the same day I received it. Yet, my order status remained unchanged. It took them a week to assign a pickup agent, and their customer service is dreadful; they rarely answer calls. Even after they rejected my exchange request, I'm still waiting for my dress to return after one and a half weeks. This experience has been truly distressing. Please do not shop here. I also ordered a blue suit for my mother, which arrived with a green dupatta. I unboxed it late, so returning it is not an option now. If you want to avoid stress, steer clear of this low-quality website.
I would rate it a 0 if I could. It’s been nearly two months, and I still haven't received my order. No one answers their contact channels, and when they do, I only hear about new shipping dates. They are also refusing to refund my money.
I ordered an Anarkali suit for ₹3,419 on November 28, 2024. After surpassing their 30-day shipping policy, they canceled my order without my consent on December 31 and issued a credit note, which I repeatedly rejected. They later claimed the order would be reinstated and shipped in 7 days, but then went silent and pushed the expired credit note. Their customer support is chaotic, offering contradictory answers and lacking accountability. I even filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum, which they ignored, leading to the case being closed after 30 days. I've lost both my money and peace of mind due to this. I've seen numerous similar scam complaints and poor product quality reviews from others. Please stay away and don’t be misled by their social media ads or influencer promotions.
I have yet to receive my refund despite numerous requests. The delays keep piling up, and customer service is absolutely terrible. The contact numbers don’t work, and email responses take days. I strongly recommend against making any purchases from this website.
