Awful company. My family member got a £1 coffee machine. After trying to cancel, I was told it required seven orders, but I was informed of this only after the first order (so it became eight). Additionally, the £1 coffee machine turned the first order into £50.50 with free delivery, and then the next order was £49.50, which included a delivery charge (luckily I caught on before losing more money). I canceled a recent subscription and opened a new one, but they sent me the older, cheaper version and canceled the correct one. I have been charged, but I haven't received the new subscription. I suspect this company is hoping I won't notice, as I have received an order. I like their coffee, but dealing with them has been frustrating.
