Communication has been lacking, and the website is ineffective at saving updates. My subscription was canceled without any notice, and I was asked for full payment even after expressing my desire to restart it. Customer service was unhelpful and rigid throughout. My coffee machine is also quite temperamental—the handle pops up mid-brew, ruining the coffee and wasting pods. I would advise against this service!
