Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Never received my order, barely a single reply to numerous emails and a blatant lie about duplicate tracking numbers. My bank won’t refund my money because they say lavazza never sent me an actual delivery date and therefore is still an open account. I’m so pissed and will not do business with them again 🤬🤬🤬
