Really bad experience. Only reasons for two stars is that I did receive the product. I've been trying to cancel the Lavazza myway subscription several different ways and have been blatantly ignored and continue to be charged. When trying to cancel online, it tells me that I need to send a claim to customer service. When filling out the contact form, there is no response, for months. I then decided to send them an email by responding to one of my order confirmations (for lack of a better way) - no response. I tried to call them and only reached a voicemail. The voicemail was left unanswered. A couple of weeks later, I called again and finally got through to someone with very bad connection who didn't help me but just took my info and told me someone would contact me.. We will see how that goes. This experience has been so painful and I will switch coffee brands simply because this customer service is unethical.
