I’ll be honest. I placed my order on November 19th and just received it tonight. Initially, I didn't get a response until I posted a negative review, which I've since removed. Upon reaching out again, I received excellent service from a representative who assured me they'd monitor my package delivery. In the end, I wanted the products, which I received, and the quality is fine. My only suggestion is to consider a different shipping company for better tracking and timing.
