I placed my order on Nov. 7 and received a notification that it was “on its way” on Nov. 8 since then I haven’t received any updates and it’s been over 3 weeks since. I won’t ever order from them again regardless of the quality or price. I asked for a refund a week ago and to just keep the jacket but instead they told me it’s still being shipped. I wanted it for Thanksgiving which is today and now I doubt I’ll have it by Christmas.
