If I could give a negative review I would. My mother is trying to return dresses to this company, and it has been over a week going back and forth with "customer service" and they WILL NOT just give her information to return. They have asked for pictures of her in the dress asked if she was sure she ordered the correct one etc, anything but let her return it. She should absolutely not have to send a photo of herself to a company in the dress that does not fit her. Lavetir, do better. Provide the information for the returns on your site, do not make customers jump through hoops.
Edit in response to lavetir comment: correct I personally emailed you yesterday as myself for the first time however she has been trying to deal with you on numerous occasions and now I am stepping in to assist her. And I have the many emails and messages where your customer service team is giving her the runaround and asking for a photo.
