Upon receiving my lights, one of them was faulty (bent), so I contacted the company. It took a long time for them to respond to my emails. I paused my payment with them. They replied the next day, citing issues with my emails. I was promised a replacement light and a tracking number. A week later, I inquired about the tracking number but received nothing. Two weeks later, I have received neither a replacement nor a response to my return request. I doubt my emails will be acknowledged. I also messaged them on social media initially and just now. Avoid this company; customer service is poor.
