This company is completely untrustworthy. I purchased a bed and mattress, and they promised delivery in 4 days. Now, more than 20 days have passed, and I still haven't received anything. They keep lying to me, and getting in touch with them is extremely challenging. Terrible experience – do not trust them.
This company is utterly unreliable. I ordered a bed and mattress with a promise of delivery in just a few days, but after over 20 days, I still have nothing. Every time I seek an update, I receive only excuses and false promises. It's nearly impossible to reach them, and the lack of professionalism is shocking. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
We received our lights, albeit a bit later than anticipated. However, we received consistent responses to our inquiries. We are pleased with the lights. There were a few initial delivery issues, but we were reassured that progress was being made, and it was. Very happy and would order again.
Upon receiving my lights, one of them was faulty (bent), so I contacted the company. It took a long time for them to respond to my emails. I paused my payment with them. They replied the next day, citing issues with my emails. I was promised a replacement light and a tracking number. A week later, I inquired about the tracking number but received nothing. Two weeks later, I have received neither a replacement nor a response to my return request. I doubt my emails will be acknowledged. I also messaged them on social media initially and just now. Avoid this company; customer service is poor.
