I ordered December 24th… 94 days later and I haven’t received my order. Tracking never updated from “processing” and now shows “no data”. I was also changed with the VIP membership which I never agreed to in my order.I’ve been in contact with them via email but they never give me any updates… here is the last message:“ Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this delay has caused. We completely understand how upsetting it is to be left waiting for an update on your order. Please know that we truly value your business and are doing everything we can to assist you.Unfortunately, there have been significant disruptions in shipping and tracking updates, leading to delays beyond our control. At this time, we have no way to expedite the process or force an update on the tracking.We understand this is far from ideal, but please rest assured that we are closely monitoringthe situation and will update you as soon as we receive any new information.Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your continued trust.
