Do NOT, under any circumstances, buy from this "company"
They are a bunch of scammers, signing you up, via the hidden small-print, to a VIP club with a monthly fee of $29.99. When you approach this, they will point out your "mistake" and tell you that your subscription is then cancelled. I have been back and forth for the last 5-6 months reclaiming further charges, each time being told that there was a technical error, and being asked for screenshots from my bank as proof.
I have sent cease and desist notices via email, threatened legal action, and, each month further charges appear, quite often twice a month.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered a dress and unintentionally signed up for a subscription I didn't want. When I reached out for a refund on the subscription, I was assured it would be processed. However, I never received the refund, and while I thought I wasn't charged the monthly fee anymore, I found a new pending charge on my credit card after three months. I emailed two days ago for assistance but haven't received a response, and the phone number is currently unavailable. Additionally, the dress measurements were inaccurate; I usually wear a small, but it fit like a large, so I had to donate it. Very disappointing experience.
