I purchased a dress on 1/10/25 for an event on 3/22/25. So what should have been plenty of time. I still have not recieved the dress and had to scrounge for another one for the event. The company also ended up charging me again for their VIP program that I did not sign up for (and I check everything I click on sites) which the bank frauded my card for. I then had to wait 2 weeks to get a new debit card. When I communicated with the company all I got was that they were making inquiries and weren't recieving anything back from their shipping company. All my shipping updates would say that my shipping information was recieved. It never even got "shipped". All of this was entirely insane and I ended up cancelling the order and getting a full refund.
