I ordered dresses months ago me they never arrived. Asked for a refund and kept getting the same template response email. They then started taking a subscription fee. I emailed them to cancel it, got the money back from my bank and now they have set up a new business account and begun taking money again, FOR NOTHING. I will just close my account and open another. LAVISH IVY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
