The tracking has been stuck on “processing through transporter” for over a month.On top of that, their shady website tricks you into entering your email for “VIP access” and then charges your card an extra $29.99 without your permission two weeks later. When I confronted their so-called “customer service,” they actually had the audacity to claim I authorized it just by entering my email. Absolutely absurd.They keep sending the same copy-paste excuse that they “have no access” to my dress’s location and “can’t track it.” What kind of real company can’t track their own packages?This business is nothing but lies, theft, and fake promises. DO NOT waste your money — this is 100% a scam site designed to steal from people. I wish I had read reviews before ordering, because they completely ruined my event and stole my money.
