I have tried to contact them about my order since February! It is now August 13th and I still have not received my order or any word from anyone that I have tried to contact regarding this issue. I purchased 4 dresses and package protection and I have not received anything. Not only that but I have been charged multiple times by Lavish Ivy for orders that I have not purchased, there has been 10 extra charges of 30 dollars to my card. This is a scam. Wasted money. Do not buy anything from this company!!
