Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews, I promise you they are fake.I ordered a dress on 7/25, and on 8/12 the order was still in the "processing" phase. I had emailed customer service, in which all of their replies were copy and paste replies. No one could tell me anything about my package. I was told that they reached out to the fulfillment team and would let me know what they say. After 5 days of waiting for the fulfillment team to respond, customer service still couldn't tell me what they said. I tried to call their customer service number they provide on their website, but it always goes straight to voicemail stating "one of their devoted team members will get back to you shortly". I am still waiting to talk to one of "their devoted team members". IF YOU DO ORDER, make sure to log into the account that should of been crated for you, and click the membership tab. I bet you will be signed up for their membership that is supposed to send you "monthly package" and post a monthly charge on your bank account. Thankfully I caught this before I was charged thanks to other reviews I read. I will say that all the 5 star reviews are definitely fake. Some of them are repeat posts that reposted on different sites, with a different name or anonymously. The dress may be pretty, but the company is a scam. Please don't fall for it like I did!!
