I placed an order with Lavish Ivy on April 9, 2025, and as of May 15, I still have not received my product or a refund. That’s over a month of being strung along with no resolution in sight. I’ve exchanged more than 30 emails with their customer service, and all they ever say is that my request is being “escalated.” Escalated to what? There’s nothing to escalate — I don’t have the product, so just issue the refund. It’s that simple.This company has provided zero accountability, no timeline, and no actual help. Just vague responses, delay tactics, and empty promises. The fact that they think it’s acceptable to hold onto someone’s money indefinitely without providing the item or a proper explanation is outrageous.At this point, Lavish Ivy seems completely fraudulent. No legitimate business treats customers like this. If you’re considering ordering from them — DON’T. Save yourself the time, stress, and money. This company should be investigated and shut down for their shady practices.
