ZERO STARS! Ordered a dress well over a month ago, didn’t receive any confirmation email, shipping updates…nothing. Had to request this sort of stuff multiple times, then got charged for a hidden subscription monthly fee. Got fed up and cancelled my order and requested all charges to be refunded immediately.
