Full-blown scam. Avoid at all costs.I placed an order with Lavish Ivy back in January — a dress and a few accessories I planned to wear for Valentine's Day. The website promised delivery within a few weeks. Valentine's Day came and went… and still no package. I reached out to their so-called customer service, and all I got was a vague "it's shipped, but we can't give any tracking info" response. Sketchy.Weeks passed, and still nothing. I asked for a refund since I no longer needed the items. No response. No refund. Nothing. Then they had the audacity to try and charge my bank account again. Turns out, they auto-enroll you in some bogus “membership” when you make a purchase — something they conveniently don’t make clear. My bank flagged it as fraud, and I thought it was over. Nope. They've kept trying to pull money from my account for months. I’ve had to contact my bank FOUR separate times to block them. It's now April. I still have not received a single item I paid for, nor have I gotten my money back. This company is a complete scam and should not be trusted. Horrible customer service, shady business practices, and zero accountability.Save yourself the headache — do not buy from Lavish Ivy.
