Awful. I never received my dress, and they charged me an additional $30 for a “VIP Membership”. Though I got my refund for that, they still attempt to charge my card after I’ve told customer service many times to cancel my “member ship”. Save yourself the trouble!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
