purchased a dress from Lavish Ivy a little over a month ago, and ever since that purchase, they have continued to charge my account as if I had signed up for a membership. I never authorized any recurring charges. I even disputed this with Venmo, and the case was resolved in my favor, but shortly after, Lavish Ivy charged me again.For over a month now, I’ve been contacting them asking a refund of the unauthorized charges and written confirmation that my membership is canceled. So far, I have received few of the refund requests but no cancellations. They charged me every time from a different account. This has been very stressful, time-consuming, and feels like a scam. Please be careful if you are considering buying from this company.
