I ordered something in April 29th 2025 it’s currently June 22 2025 with no updates on the app used that’s supposed to be “tracking” my package. I did cancel the subscription. I will however try to get my money back since I have received nothing. Update: after charging my account again. I emailed and called customer support (no answer for each time I phoned which was 3 times) customer support. They asked for the charge which I did send, as it was pending on June 26th 2025. Still no update. I did NOT activate my membership again. I don’t know if they will refund my money. But I did shut off the card before the payment went through. I also got a new card because this is absolutely ludicrous.
